Working within a very compact design brief, the architects had to make calculated interventions in an existing building to create a number of focal points accentuating different architectural elements such as entry, court, lobby, circulation, etc. By careful use of shift in axis, articulation of volume and space, and use of different building and finish materials, separate identities have been created for each of the two different functions while maintaining a unified presence.
